The guest house is located above the detached garage and is fully private and exclusively yours during your stay. The owners live on site in the main house and may be seen occasionally in the driveway, but you'll enjoy your own dedicated space to relax and recharge in peace.

• This private, detached apartment sits above the garage and shares outdoor grounds with the main residence, which is separately occupied by the owners. The owners may be seen in passing in the driveway, but your space is fully private and self-contained. Please reference the pictures in the listing to see the separate garage entrance.
• Please note that pets are not allowed
• All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense

Cancellation Policy: When booking direct with Vacation Rental Collective, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
