One of the female bartenders was rude. Also, we asked the hostess if we could put two tables together to seat ten people and she refused. We ended up eating somewhere else. Dinner and drinks for ten people is a lot of money you missed out on. We ended up eat at different restaurants rather than the resort for every meal.

We enjoyed the views of the ocean that this property had to offer. The lagoon was also a nice amenity. The property was undergoing renovations while we were there, but that didn’t affect our stay. The luau was a fun experience and I suggest that guests attend. The food was delicious as well. The only downside was the $25 a day parking on top of the $25 daily resort fee.

Loved our hotel. Only thing was there is music playing from town on the weekends late at night. But I was so tired from our beach adventures I went right to sleep. The AC was perfect. Will be staying here again for sure!

Everything was great except the oceanfront rooms are humid and feels wet. We tried changing rooms but both had damp floors and damp blankets due to the humidity. Dehumidifiers would be a great idea!

We stayed in the corner ocean front room, and the views could not be beat! The balcony was huge and had a great breeze, and the wall to wall windows let you see it all. We ate several times at the hotel bar, every time sitting oceanfront. Perfect setting with great food—the breakfast burrito is a must. The pool was also nice with big padded lounge chairs. And the parking on site was easy, but it was also easy to walk into downtown Kailua-Kona to restaurants and shops. Overall, a fantastic place to stay. Would stay there again!
