The ocean view from the lagoon tower was incredible. The room was also very close to the private lagoon. Staff was friendly and attentive, walking distance to great restaurants and the pier.

The hotel needs an update. The room just was not worth the price. I am in Kauai now at the Ko’a kea and it is superior for another 50 a night. The location is great. But when you can’t sleep because the bed and sheets are prison issue Idk. I would air bbb next time

The rooms at this property feel extremely old, as if they are stuck in the 1980’s and the facilities are in very poor condition and too expensive for that facility. There were not enough chairs, the bed was old, and the bathroom equipment was outdated in the room. The staff’s response was slow. The elevator was far too old and took a long time to arrive. In addition, the common areas are too small for the number of guests. I will never come back there again.

Good place to enjoy day’s leisurely, short walk for shopping , dining and beaches. Small drive for magic and beach for swimming, surfing. Pool and sun bathing is excellent. Good views from balcony. Perfect place to watch sunset near by beaches or from swimming pool

Booked a full ocean view which was some ocean but mostly was of the adjacent building and the roof and a/c which was extremely noisy. Offered earplugs but cannot tolerated them. Requested a room move and offered two double bed in another location facing bars so it too would be noisy. Requested again and offered a room in building undergoing renovations. No thanks. No other appropriate room was available for my 7 night stay so we stayed in original room and tolerated the crazy noise level. No compensation. Pool area is very small and could never find a chair, so sadly never had the opportunity to use it during our stay. Room is dated but clean.

Room was great! So was the staff! The view was incredible! I do wish the rooms had microwaves and that there were more “free” lounging areas around the beach and pool. We had to wait or sit on the ground as all the free spots were taken but all the cabanas that cost $70 were open.. you also have to pay $25 a night in resort fees and $25 a day for parking too. I thought I paid that with Expedia but I guess not. Overall I’d recommend keeping those few things in mind! 🙂

Seamless check in plus we got two free mai tais! The room was clean and more than adequate. The property is prime location on the beach with a great view of the sunset from the bar. We only used the hotel for a partial day between mandatory condo check out and a late night flight. The staff were helpful in every respect.

Right on the beach as advertise but beds were fulls not queens. Older property that appears to under renovation. Where we stayed the floors were covered with plywood in the an areas. Rooms were clean staff was friendly.
