When arriving you wonder if you are at the right place but once you get inside this oasis in the middle of old Habana you are going to be delighted. All modernized and clean. Hot water and cold ac. Free WiFi. Beds and bathrooms were great. Beautiful patio area. Safe deposit box in rooms. The physical hotel is beautiful but the true success of my stay here was because of the staff. Two particularly who took care of me that week. Jorge and Jackie. I’ve travelled for work and pleasure for over 40 years and never had the opportunity to receive such amazing service and care.

Increible lugar!

Una estadia inolvidable! First and foremost, the staff are above and beyond exceptional (Jackie, Tania, and the rest). From helping with organizing tours, solving unexpected tourist needs, communication, attentiveness, and providing basic human warmth, which is something our world has forgotten! So yes, the staff make the beautiful setting even more beautiful. I will never forget this hotel nor its' staff. I loved EVERYTHING about my stay, and from the bottom of my heart - Thank you!

This is an amazing property at the heart of Old Havana and it is perfect if you want to be close to the best restaurants, squares and museums in the city! The staff is exemplary from beginning to end and they made my stay even better! Maikol, Lissy Jorgito and Jackie were amazing and made me feel like I was part of the family, so for that I am very thankful and will always remember them warmly! This is one of the best casa particulares in the city so I highly recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were really well received by the Boutique staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The place is close to a lot of interesting icons of Old Havana. They were very attentive and the breakfast was really good. We enjoyed at full scale the two days we spent there.

THIS IS A SCAM, there are no rooms available and it's not vacant. They took my payment and didn't contact me that they were no longer open since COVID. I arrived with my sister to the place and it was in an apt complex that was hard to find. No one knew where this place was, not even the locals. When we finally found it, it was in a sketchy building. We knew we arrived at the destination was because it matched the confirmation email address and it had the REV sign in front of the apartment room. Also, a man was occupying the property opened the door and stated he was gonna contact the property manager because the room was no longer vacant. He called a women who reportedly stated she was in charge of the property and said the rooms were not vacant AND this happen to another pair of girls. It was a scary experience being in Cuba where the internet is hard to access if you do not have a card and we were walking all around Havana trying to find a place to stay. I do not want anyone to undergo this stress in a foreign country! SO DON'T BOOK HERE!

Stay here it’s great!

Great little hotel in old Havana. The team are friendly, the rooms modern, stylish and comfortable. Don’t be out off by the entrance as the hotel is built in a courtyard between apartments. Very stylish hotel! Definitely recommend and stay again if I was in the area
