Beautiful casa with very kind and helpful staff. Particularly the ladies who worked in the kitchen. bathroom with shower and good amenities. Breakfast offered each morning, eggs, fruits, great coffee, fruit juices. Exchanged euros for pesos. Helped us arrange taxis.

The property offers good value for money, with well-thought-out decor. Breakfast is an additional £10, which in my opinion is a little mucg. As I chose to explore more affordable options elsewhere, I can't comment on the quality of the breakfast. A special shout-out to Maria, who checked me in and made me feel right at home. Her warm hospitality was much appreciated!

Privately own and operated guest house / hotel. Modern and for Cuban standards could pass as upscaled. My room however was very small and much smaller than expected from the property pictures and did not have any windows. It was also very close to the lobby door, so guests returning late and knocking to a door so the staff could let them in, unfortunately where waking me up. Unfortunately unlike a real hotel so in the area with own power generators, this property is not immune to power blackouts.

The fact that is one of the cleanest small hotels. I arrived at midnight and Igor the receptionist was waiting for me at a gated entrance and was very helpful. Transportation was made available even at 5am. The location is in old Havana and walking distance to the seashore and Malecón. The property areas around are not well kept as the Merced Luxury Boutique Hotel.
