If you are looking for a clean place to stay in the middle of Habana Vieja (Old Havana) and friendly advice from the hosts, then this is the place for you. This property is very near some good restaurants. While not a hotel, the room was clean and comfortable enough. There is also a nice terrace on the roof to sit out and talk and drink beer.

I chose this accommodation for my first visit to Havana, mindful of other reviewers’ comments, because of its convenient location in central Old Havana. Apart from a City Bus Tour, to let me see more distant sights, I was able to spend 11 days to walk and visit a huge range of sights & museums. The hotel staff were all most helpful and friendly, including offering the best currency exchange available. I would not hesitate in choosing to stay at this hotel for Another visit to this beautiful city.

This boutique is very quaint. The rooms were clean and we always felt safe and comfortable. The rooftop patio is a great little place to have a few end of the night drinks while still hearing the vibrant city life on the streets below. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This place is a real gem

We enjoyed our stay here and the staff were kind and helpful. I'd based my decision on the photos and comments in Trip Advisor and I was a bit disappointed as the experience was a bit different. There's very little art and only 4 rooms so we hardly saw any other guests ever during our stay, and breakfast wasn't included but when we did try it, it was very basic. It was an expensive option for Havana but given it was Number 4 of all places in Havana on Trip Advisor and Expedia we decided to go for it, but having now been to Havana, we'd look for a cheaper and brighter option via AirBNB next time. Again the staff were lovely and make the Art Boutique worth staying at as the location is great, but it just lacked an experience and something overall for the high price (for Havana) and what the photos imply.

We really enjoyed the Art Boutique Havana. Beatriz was especially helpful in arranging the best tour guide ever, Orlando who was a history professor with perfect English and he took us around in his classic car. The room was very clean and I thought the bed was very comfortable. There are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance as well as museums, and the Prado for the weekend art show.

Myself and 3 family members recently spent 5 days and 4 nights at Art Boutique Havana. Off top, please double check your reservations to make sure you book for the correct number of people. Because your cost also has a "per person" booking cost. Ok now to the review: The location of the property was perfect for us. The area is completely walkable to many landmarks, cute little eateries and shops. You can walk in either direction and get what you are looking for. Pick your direction of walking to experience: Older buildings with locals living life daily, cute and modern eateries, tourist areas close enough to the many squares and the water etc. Also, my other family members are all women. WE WERE and FELT SAFE. Bring some comfortable shoes, hire a trusted guide, and enjoy! The accommodation's were good for our group of four. Breakfast and coffee was included daily from 8am-10am. The staff was friendly and helpful. My overall take away was the friendliness and happiness of the Cuban people we encountered in general. You will not regret stating at Art Boutique Havana. You will be well taken care of. Enjoy!
