Access by small steep paved road for 150m. Beautiful traditional farmhouse from 1742 renovated on the slopes. South hillside. Splendid preserved natural setting of meadows and forests on the edge of a small river. Quiet area. Good comfort. Balcony. Sheltered terrace. Vast natural outdoor space. Very nice unobstructed view of the valley and the massif. Gite on the Hauteluce 1650/Val Joy ski slopes linking Les Contamines-Montjoie and 15km from Les Saisies, famous Nordic Olympic area (120km of cross-country trails). In summer, ideally located near the Col du Joly road, border between Savoie and Haute-Savoie. On the mountainside, privileged location for hiking with trails in front of the cottage. Un super séjour !

Nous avons passé un super séjour au Chalet de la Pat! Le logement est très bien équipé et avec des éléments de qualité. Nous étions 6 et avons eu largement assez de place. Le lieu est calme et en pleine montagne sans vis à vis avec une belle randonnée juste à côté. Les propriétaires sont charmants et d’une telle gentillesse que nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir!

Très bon séjour

Super accueil. Roland et Maryse sont très accueillants et bienveillants. Leur gîte est magnifique, propre , bien équipé et très fonctionnel. On s'y sent bien. Idéal pour se retrouver en Famille ou entre amis
