Great for Wine Route exploration

Wonderful location for exploring the Alsace Wine Route and free on site parking made that easy. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff but no shampoo and heated towel rack not on.

An absolutely beautiful hotel, right in the centre of town, with convenient and easy parking included. We loved our stay here. The terrace added extra living space to the room, and the flowers everywhere were beautiful. Kind, welcoming staff, delicious breakfast. We wished we had planned a longer stay.

Dejligt ophold med super personlig og venlig service. Eneste minus. Vi er i januar. Der var køligt i morgenmads restaurant. Der var køligt på værelserne. Vi måttet i ekstra tøj. Ellers er god ophold.

Ottima struttura, ma con alcuni difetti che purtroppo hanno condizionato il soggiorno. Su tutti due: la mancanza dell'asciugacapelli in camera e il wifi. Non che non sia presente in struttura, ma al momento del check-in (nota: la reception di sera chiude, sono arrivato verso le 20 e ho dovuto prendere la chiave all'interno della cassetta delle lettere) non mi è stato fornito alcun codice per l'accesso a internet. Del resto, pulizia ottima e camera bella. Degna di nota la colazione, veramente varia e di qualità.

Excellent staying in Alsace!

The hotel is perfect for a staying in Alsace region . The people are very attentive and helpful , the rooms spacious and clean,the hotel is very close to the downtown with parking . The village Kaysersberge is wonderful with typical Germany building, grape plantation and Castle . I really recommend !!!

Stedet trænger virkelig til at opgradering, renovering. Der var ingen rengøring under hele opholdet og samtidig ikke lavet mulighed for selv at gøre det, hvilket slet ikke fungerede. Håndvasken fungerede ikke optimalt og de tilbød en tilslebet skruetrækker til selv at fikse det. Ret dyrt ift stand og service. En ret beskidt altan bidrog heller ikke til at den manglende løbende rengøring kunne fungere. Mulighed for morgenmad leveret til værelset i stedet for i morgenbuffet var dog dejligt. Kunne måske fungere fint hvis man skulle have én overnatning max to

Der Aufenthalt im Remparts war wie immer sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer sind im 2019 erneuert worden.Die Familie ist sehr nett. Es ist sauber und behaglich und der Preis ist gut.
