Das Zimmer und der Wellnessbereich waren wirklich schön, aber das Erlebnis im Restaurant hat unseren Aufenthalt leider deutlich überschattet. Das À-la-carte-Essen war eine große Enttäuschung. Wir mussten extrem lange warten, und beim Beef Tatar war die Butter sogar ranzig – so etwas sollte in einem Restaurant dieser Kategorie absolut nicht vorkommen. Besonders unangenehm war außerdem der Service: Der Kellner reagierte sichtbar genervt, als wir uns gegen das Buffet und für À la carte entschieden haben. Diese schlechte und unprofessionelle Haltung zog sich leider durch den gesamten Abend.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Höflehner. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Wellness-Zimmer, das wirklich top ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich war. Auch das Personal war größtenteils freundlich und bemüht, und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen – große Auswahl und sehr gute Qualität. Leider gab es beim Abendessen à la carte einen deutlichen Kritikpunkt: Auf die Hauptspeise mussten wir über eine Stunde warten, was den Abend etwas getrübt hat. Zudem wirkte das Personal in diesem Bereich nicht besonders glücklich da wir nicht das Abendmenü nahmen. Insgesamt also ein toller Aufenthalt mit kleinen Schwächen beim Abendservice.

A perfect treat for body and soul

We stayed five nights. The location of the hotel is very convenient to reach hiking routes and other attractions in the region. It offers high standard spa facilities including a nice swimming pool. Service was superb in any aspect. we liked the food, especially the buffet dinners.

Beim angenehmen Zirbenduft in den schönen Zimmern beginnt schon das Wohlfühlen! Bäder mit barrierefreien Duschen ausgestattet...Das Service im Restaurant sowie auch an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich..es war ein ausgezeichneter und erholsamer Aufenthalt...und wir hatten schon lange nicht mehr sooo gut gefrühstückt!!

Incredible spot on the top of the Alps

This was a fantastic place for our family! The setting up at the top of the Alps was breathtaking! The hotel rooms were modern and clean with lovely views. We spent our days relaxing by the various pools at several different private spots set up around the grounds. All with heavenly views. Food was exceptional. A perfect place for our family to unwind in the middle of our busy travels.
