Maintenance & Room Staff be more aware of room products not working. Microwave needs replacement & updated, TV remote needs batteries or replacement/Room #314 reported to front desk/management. Just small necessities like this makes a stay awkward. Just 1 night stay.

There was 15 light’s showing in the tv screen from the back of the tv. Very annoying. Not normal. Need a new tv in room 131. I counted them. No joke.
