The view was great and we enjoyed dining/sitting on the small balcany as we watched the charter boats and ferries come and go. Clean, well equipped, and walking distance to shops. We would stay here in this unit again

It was everything it stated online. Very clean, I can’t say enough about how pleasantly surprised I was when we arrived. We booked kinda last minute and it was affordable and lately we have traveled and stayed at different places all to be disappointed. I would love to stay again!

Room 221 was smelly, frayed carpeting and poorly equipped. 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no extra roll and same with paper towel less than half a roll and no replacement. The linens were clean and bed was comfortable. But high humidity and bad musty smell were hard to overcome. Hard to find any staff to help us sign in since I did not receive an email or text giving instruction. So, I will never stay there again. Felt like we were being punished for using cheap tickets to book the room.

The room we had the shower rod was broken off the wall hanging down. So it was hard to get a shower without the water going everywhere. No soap . Other then that it was great. And I never had any contact with the host. That's why it was a low rating.

Check in was horrible. We got there and there was no office to check in. I had to search for someone to speak with and they insisted I got an email with the unit number and the door code to get in. I did not receive this information. After about 20 minutes, they finally handed me a scrap of paper with the room number and the code, which had more numbers than the correct number. The facility was convenient to the docks and the ferry, though and the close Tiki Bar was fun.
