The fourth level of Seaphoria is an open floor plan that includes a Living Room with an electric fireplace. There is plenty of room for cooking up delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen with walk-in pantry along with island seating for six. There are two dining tables here, one with 20 seats and another with 8 seats. Grab a drink at the custom-built boat bar with seating for 8. For more relaxation, check out the separate seating area with ocean views. In the morning, grab your coffee and head out to one of the two covered decks, one of which is oceanfront, and enjoy an amazing sunrise. For added convenience, there is a half bathroom up here and elevator access. The question of the day will be Who gets to Sleep in the Grand King En Suite (sitting area with fireplace, walk-in closet, and grand bathtub) with deck access?

Parking: This property has 14 parking spots for guests.

Pets: Seaphoria is pet-friendly! For a limited time, pets stay free! Bring up to two dogs. No cats or other animals.

Heated Pool: Heated Oceanfront Pool: Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay. This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

The private heated pool is open from April 1st to November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round and cleaned weekly. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. No pets allowed in pools.

Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Children 2 and under are free.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
