great location, right next to central festival shopping mall. great people. very clean, spacious room but very basic. no cabinet in room, even shelves are not enough for basic needs. no chair or table. there is electric kettle, water, coffee and tea bags provided

Overall experience its nice! Pros:Very clean,big,the representative its kind and helpful,quiet place at night,have many tut tut while go out the hostel Cons:the shower water too less of water pressure,no lift need to climb up

place to relax for long trip of bus or train

I originally took the bus to Hat Yai and then directly to Penang. However, i though it would be very late to be in Penang. I searched the hotel nearby and got this hotel and booked directly without hestitation. The hotel is better than i think. The room is spacious, clean, quiet so that i can get a good sleep after long bus trip from phuket to hat yai. just five mins walk, i can reach the Central Festival shopping mall and i can enjoy my dinner with various choice. the toilet is clean and hot water is well function. but TV only have malaysian channels so i just used it to make some sound haha. wi-fi is good. overal i will recommend you if you would like to have a break in Hat Yai for later long trip of bus or train
