Wir haben 3 NĂ€chte in Christians Haus am See verbracht und es sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und einsam, bis zum See sind es nur 50 Meter. Das Haus ist sehr gerĂ€umig und sauber. Ein Highlight ist natĂŒrlich die Aussensauna mit Hot-Tube.

Ferienhaus mit 2 GÀstehÀusern mit kleinen Kindern nicht zu empfehlen.

An sich eine schöne Anlage mit einem Haupthaus und 2 GĂ€stehĂ€usern die durch Treppen verbunden sind. Der Zustand ist nicht sauber und renovierungsbedĂŒrftig, notwendige Instandhaltung der Treppe vor dem Haus und das GelĂ€nder zum GĂ€stehaus nicht durchgefĂŒhrt . Nicht nutzbare KĂŒchenutensilien wurden nicht aussortiert.Das Geschirr ist abgestoßen und zerkratzt. Bei Regen ist der Holzboden draußen sehr rutschig. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war das untere Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer durch Schimmel nicht nutzbar. Der Vermieter ist gesprĂ€chsbereit aber entweder war er selbst lange nicht da oder er hat ein anderes VerstĂ€ndnis von Sauberkeit und Standard als wir. Nicht

sehr schönes Haus

Buchen, einchecken und auschecken reibungslos. Das Haus ist sehr modern und im Vergleich zu anderen schwedischen FerienhĂ€usern sehr sauber. Ein paar Gebrauchsspuren könnten bei Gelegenheit beseitigt werden. Schubladen in der KĂŒche sind etwas schwergĂ€ngig. Die HĂ€lfte der Töpfe sind fĂŒr das Kochfeld ungeeignet. Die Kissen der Gartenmöbel könnten mal gesĂ€ubert werden. Im Keller ist war es etwas muffig. Insgesamt ist der Level aber weit ĂŒber dem, was man aus anderen schwedischen FerienhĂ€usern gewöhnt ist. Der Vermieter stellt HandtĂŒcher, BettwĂ€sche, Boot und SUP zur VerfĂŒgung gegen zusĂ€tzliche GebĂŒhr. Auch wenn in der Beschreibung BettwĂ€sche und Boot als Ausstattung aufgefĂŒhrt sind, bezahlt man das extra. FĂŒr die Angler: Im August gingen trotz hoher Wassertemperatur Hecht und Barsch. Große Spinner, kleine Gummifische in blau und grĂŒn.

Perfekt stÀlle att bo mÄnga pÄ

Vi hade 4 nĂ€tter i denna bostad och kan inget mer Ă€n sĂ€ga att det passa oss perfekt. Stora ytor att umgĂ„s pĂ„ bĂ„de ute och inne med bastu och badtunna. Även supertrevligt att fĂ„ anvĂ€nda bĂ„ten nere vid den privata bryggan vid sjön och att fiska. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta stĂ€lle nĂ€r man Ă€r en grupp.
