Well the good thing was the tv worked ok!! The lift broken, breakfast room closed, fire sensor stolen, carpets filthy, walls damp, fire instructions missing, drawers in desk missing, wardrobe a peg on the back of the door, bed so flat that impossible to sleep for more than a couple of hours! Staff invisible at checkout! Save your money and sleep on the beach - this place is the pits!!!!

Not so nice hotel

Got to the hotel and got told we had a twin room rather than a double the place was riddled with damp and a lift that was out of order meaning we had to carry the luggage up four flights of stairs and there wasnt any other fire exit apart from the way we got up and its next to not so nice flats with youngsters smoking weed and drinking and shouting till early hours of the morning. My opinion the hotel needs a complete referb

One night stay

The hotel is in need of some upkeep and the stairs to the rooms could be cleaner. We stayed in room 22. The view was wonderful. Floor to ceiling windows x 2 looking out in to the sea. Location was great with 24 hour parking for £11 across the street.

Great location for a quick night away

Close to everything! Easy walking distance from the train station, minutes from the town centre and beach. My daughter and I have stayed here twice now and we had the same twin room, which is perfect to crash after crazy golf, fun in the sea, shopping and dining! The receptionist was nice and polite, and although we didn’t eat or drink at the hotel I could see a good selection of beverages behind the bar, and the breakfast room looked nice. For the price, this is a great option for a budget getaway. We will come to stay again, thank you!

Noisy and decrepit

Worst sleep in a long time. Blaring bar until 2 in the morning both on Friday and Saturday night. Broken window in our room meant it would not close properly to keep out the noise. 4 flights up some very decrepit stairs to our room. We understand the hotel is due to be completely refurbished. We wish it had closed before we booked!

Friendly, small, reasonably priced hotel

My room was perfect for my solo visit although could not get any hot water out the shower. A big thanks to Kadim who was absolutely wonderful and helpful re parking (and ideas for future visits to avoid the hefty 2 hours parking outside hotel), adapting to my awkwardness at breakfast and just being genuinely friendly. All staff seemed friendly
