Enjoy your stay at our bed & butter boarding house in the modern and generously appointed Apartment No. 3.

In addition to a large king-size bed (2x2 meters) and a spacious bathroom, the double room offers a variety of amenities, providing the perfect blend of a hotel room and a vacation rental.

Self-caterers and long-term guests in particular will be delighted by our fully equipped kitchenette, which includes a stovetop, oven, and microwave (compact model), a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and various appliances such as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster. This apartment even features a dishwasher.

When you’re not out and about in the area, the apartment offers a large TV for entertainment. With Smart TV, you can use streaming services (provided you have your own access) or tune in to various radio stations.

Do you need a place to work? In your apartment, you can work undisturbed and comfortably at the table, using high-speed internet access via both Wi-Fi and Ethernet.

Are you traveling as a group of three? We’re happy to provide an extra bed or a travel crib, as well as a high chair, upon request.

The non-smoking accommodation also features a ventilation system, air conditioning, and central heating, which guests can, of course, adjust themselves. In addition, each apartment has its own doorbell with an intercom system and a door opener.

The cozy, partially dimmable lighting, high-quality furniture, a large closet, and a comprehensive selection of amenities—including various kitchen utensils, bed linens, and towels—round out the offerings.

In the shared, lockable bike shed, you can securely store your bikes and charge e-bikes. A vending machine in the hallway is available to all guests for small snacks, sweet treats, and cold drinks.
