This spacious home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and boasts a big, pretty lawn. This home has a new Central AC system, to ensure a cool escape on hot summer days. The first floor features a comfy TV room, large living area with sliders to the deck, half bath off the spacious kitchen, and dining area with a separate breakfast table. The second level has 3 bedrooms, one with queen sized bed, and one with two twins, as well as two full baths, one off the primary Bedroom. The exterior of the property features a nice backyard watch the sunrise and sunsets on the east / west decks an enclosed outdoor shower and gas grill. Perfect Post-Pandemic Vacation Spot
While the pandemic still isn't fully *over*, this property was a great place to get together with family after having been separated for over a year. Having the yard and back deck was great. We had friends visit for lunch one afternoon and the house didn't feel crowded at all, even with 11 people sharing a meal. This was our family's first vacation down the Cape and we thought the location was great for first timers. I would definitely recommend for a bigger size group (friends or family)!

Family Vacation on the Cape
The property was well kept up and provided plenty of room for our family. It was centrally located on the cape making easy access to beaches, ferry transportation, and day trips to small quaint towns. Some of my kids had to work remotely a few days and band width was excellent. The would highly recommend this property.
