We really appreciated the staff doing everything they could to accommodate our family of five including 14-month-old twins. It was our first time having to request a crib in a hotel. The staff was sure to have it set up and ready to go for us prior to our arrival. It really made a difference in keeping our young children on their typical bedtime routine. Breakfast was okay. We enjoyed interacting with the staff member in charge of keeping the food stocked. She was incredibly kind. If we’re ever in Elberton, GA, we would stay here again.

Mrs. Bernice was excellent: kind, attentive, pleasant, and hard-working. She helped us at the front desk with check in and check out, recommended a wonderful local restaurant, and even prepared the breakfast buffet since another employer had time off. She deserves some flowers and recognition!
