There was no toilet paper on the roll and no extra rolls. The sheets were dirty. It snowed the night before, and the parking lot was not plowed. I almost slipped and fell. Finally check-in was terrible. The woman was rude and bothered by my arrival.

The property is “dated” and could use a refresh. The one complaint would be that the neighboring bar “Cadillac ranch” used parking on the weekend in hotel lot. So it made parking difficult on those days.

The sofa bed was awful they should be embarrassed to call that a sofa bed. When getting ready for bed when just sat on the opened sofa bed you could feel the springs and the metal bar. Unfortunately one of the front desk receptionists was very pleasant and welcoming but the other didn't even come close.

The location is nice, close to the parkway. Thereafter, the place needs total renovation. The price is way too high for a place that is down-run. Current pictures are not accurate: carpet is old and dirty, elevator mmm… hallways, what can I said. some residents have dogs you can imagine… I would never stay here against and neither pay upfront but at the property so that will allow me to check the rooms first.

A awesome place to stay whether just traveling through or staying in the area. Easy on and off the Interstate with lots of parking. A great staff from front desk to breakfast servers. Everyone made us feel at home. The rooms are spacious and feels like you are home not a hotel/motel/suite. Will definitely stay here again in the near future and recommend anyone traveling through to stop in and stay the night.
