Overall the unit was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was functional, but did lack some basic equipment such as eating utensils. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The property grounds was well kept.

This is a very outdated Marriott the room was not cleanded to the standard of other 11 Marriotts I've stayed at this year when asked to have sum1 come cleaners was told no maid services after hours couldn't even bring clean Towels to me. Felt like i stayed at a Motel 6 not a Marriott!!

We had a good stay here for the weekend. The room and lobby were clean and the front desk staff was friendly. The area around the buildings and the parking lot were clean and quiet as well. Our room smelled a bit lived in though. I felt like I could smell the guests before us which wasn’t great. It didn't stink but needed to be freshened up. This was good for the price.

Overall, the room wasn't bad. My buddy and I were pleased. Positives: The room was large enough. The couch was comfy enough Having an oven, microwave, fridge, and more was really nice. Friendly staff The not as positives: The couch bed was a bit tough to sleep on Some closer restaurants would be nice Lighting over the bed would have been nice as the lighting on the bed side of the room was much more dull than the entrance side. There was a pretty large spider hanging out in the sink. Wifi would drop every couple of minutes. Overall, I don't think the room was too bad. The only thing that would make me reconsider would be the poor wifi. It was hard to even look up other restaurants as the Wi-Fi would either drag and lock up or disconnect. I have been here before as my girlfriend and I used it as a nice little getaway and didn't have issues before, so I'll take this as a one off situation. Bed was comfy and usually I have a tough time falling asleep. I don't have this here. Most of the time, things were pretty quiet. The only time I had any issue was someone had a pet and I could hear it running around at midnight. I swear it had like 100 legs. Breakfast was alright. First day we got there at 830 and there was no silverware and things were cold. We did go at 6 on other days and the food was good enough for us. Everything else was pretty clean. We both have a habit of inspecting the room when we walk in and outside of a rogue hair.

Kitchen was adequate, enough for what we needed. We never did have cleaning services. We had to request it at the front desk and then they came when we were just ready to take showers. They did come with clean towels the night before we left.

Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing. Despite booking over 15 rooms, the staff treated our group as if we were an inconvenience. Families were hung up on when requesting basic items like bedding, one reservation was even canceled without explanation, and concerns about the cleanliness of the rooms were met with hostility and accusations rather than solutions. It’s hard to believe this hotel operates under the Marriott brand—customer service here is severely lacking. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property.

We were placed in a handicap accessible room yet the shower head didnt work properly. Shower line leaked and shower head kept sliding down. Lip stick stain on comforter. Staff was quick to provide new sheets when asked. Good service, bad room.
