I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Hartford/Farmington. My room was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. I truly appreciated the thoughtful little touches—especially the personalized welcome message on the TV, which made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and I want to give special recognition to Jayden at the front desk. Jayden was an absolute gem: friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I am currently at the hotel, and I must say that my stay has been excellent. Matthew was very accommodating my first day by arranging an early check-in. The room is very clean. Beds are comfortable. The noise has been very minimal. Hot breakfast is served. Each day had a different style of eggs and breakfast meat. The only issue I had was that the hot water in the shower is cold in the mornings, but that is pretty typical with many people staying at any hotel. I will definitely stay here again in the future. minimal.
