The room was clean and good sized. However during the 3 night stay housekeeping never came to the room, never changed the towels, never cleaned to room and never emptied the trash. The Breakfast was minimal and tasteless. I have stayed at a Best Western Plus before and this was not the case. This morning I had to get up at 5 am to get to the airport and called for a wake up call last night. They called me at 4 am! The whole stay reeks of poor management.

This is a non cigarette hotel. Marijuana is a different story. The smell in the stairway, hall and occasionally our room was enough to make you sick. Breakfast was burnt reheated omelets. Room keys quit working after a few days. Won't be going back. Housekeeping was the best part. The room was cleaned well.
