Pool closed down halfway through the stay, breakfast was basically waffles, and you probably don't want to use the milk for cereal, and it's a crapshoot whether you get coffee, cold coffee, or no coffee. Now in saying that, the room was clean, the staff was nice, and it was safe and pretty convenient. And you don't have really any other options in the area. I'd stay again, especially since it's the closest hotel to Little Switzerland ski resort, and there are plenty of restaurants and things to do in such a small town.

Parking was safe and secure. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast not terrible, but not great--needs more choices. TV was a chore to get up and running as had to connect to our phone. Overall decent place.
