Amazing property and location!

My third time at this property but with a different group of friends this time. They absolutely loved it and the experience was as great as ever. Lovely well-appointed house, lots of thoughtful touches (Prosecco and milk left for us which was great after a long journey) and there was even a Christmas tree up in the lounge!

Perfect Family Holiday!

This house was absolutely perfect for our cozy family holiday to Harrogate. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the location is perfect - just a short walk to central Harrogate. Please that there is a steep staircase up to the bedroom floors. There are handrails and lights on all the time so it's very safe, but something to keep in mind if any of your party has mobility issues.

Gorgeous house in a fabulous location

The house is located in the centre of town within easy walk to everything, Betty’s and the Valley Gardens and the high street shops and many restaurants. We were 6 adults and managed to eat around the table each evening after being out most of the day. The rooms are comfortable and have everything that you need. I would definitely return.
