☆☆ Important Watercraft & Lake Access Rules☆☆

To help protect Long Lake from invasive species, the Monday Cove Association requires all guests to launch boats, kayaks, paddleboards, and other watercraft at the Town of Harrison public boat launch in Harrison Center. Launching watercraft from the association's community waterfront is strictly prohibited.

Our neighbors are wonderful and friendly, but they are vigilant about protecting the lake and ensuring these rules are followed. Violations will result in a $500 fine, which will be donated to the Lakes Environmental Association (LEA) to support the protection of Maine's lakes.

Guests have full private access to the entire home, including all sleeping areas, kitchen, living spaces, and outdoor areas.

The dock at the end of the road is available for guest use, and the golf cart is included to make access convenient and enjoyable.

Entry details will be provided prior to check-in to ensure a smooth and seamless arrival experience.
