Great customer service but the non refundable pet fee of $100 was outrageous. Also with the pet rooms, the furniture was in rough shape and cleanliness in bathroom lacked with multiple hairs all over. Okay for one night.

Stayed in 3 different rooms over an almost 2 week period. + Great staff. Access to supplies as needed every time. Continental breakfast is a substantial amount of good quality food. Would do 4 stars if not for the negatives. Multi heating zones for suites. On site gym was good for cardio but had no weights. On site laundry room access. - rooms seemed to be missing some of the drapes. Heating system was either hot or cold, very little in between. Building was in need of some repairs mostly superficial. The door to the elevator that went to our final room for a week was broken causing considerable more walking especially when coming in. The pool was a selling point for the kids but it was non functional for the entire stay. Laundry was rather pricey.

Complimentary breakfast was good and staff was nice. I do think there should be a safe in the rooms for valuables. Thought that was standard so thats disappointing. There also could be a few minor upgrades done to drawer knobs and cleaning around floor trim. Otherwise it was a good value for the money and close to food and shopping.

You want a rash ? Stay here……

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and this visit was the absolute worst. Check in was a breeze however that’s the best and worst part. The toilet was dirty tub was dirty the sleeper sofa was not clean enough to sleep on so we had to share a mattress. Two of us woke up with rashes from the mattress we slept on. The curtains looked like a cat got loose on them and shredded them. Absolutely disgusting. I called and spoke to a manager this morning and the only thing she could say was we were allergic to the bleach…. Are you kidding me ? This hotel has gone down hill in over a year and not worth the money, find another hotel and save yourself from the pain and the headache. I’m so disappointed….

The clerk was friendly and allowed us to check in a little early. The room was very nice, bed a little hard. Unfortunately, the shower had not been cleaned, purple soap on the ledge and no body wash. I booked that hotel because it had a jacuzzi, and it was closed both days we were there.
