The hotel is quiet and located off the highway, and the staff is very friendly. The room is clean, with no smoking smells at all. The only issue is the slow drain in the sink, but overall, we are happy with our stay.

Good stay in a budget-friendly hotel. Room was clean, fridge was good size, staff was friendly and responsive. It was quiet, even over Friday and Saturday night, so I slept well. There was some foreign matter on the sink (it turned out to be paint spatter), and when I informed the front desk the attendant came with me immediately to clean it up. Cons: No protein options for breakfast, and the only microwave is one for common use in front hall. WiFi sometimes cut in and out. Also, no elevator to second floor. However, on balance, I would stay there again.
