Comfy beds, cold AC, great breakfast. Pool was in the small size. Sunday night we had issues with noisy hallway, we called down to the desk to complain about the noise and was told it’s a late bar night and there’s no curfew. We planned on doing another stay in June for a convention near by but would not stay there due to that Sunday night incident. It was after 11pm, we had small children in our rooms and found it truly inconsiderate and ridiculous that grown adults were allowed to behave like that while people are trying to sleep. I hope your company re evaluate that late bar night/no curfew rule for the sake of other customers who aren’t inconsiderate of those trying to sleep!!!

It is ashamed we had to pay for parking. The Hotel Took $6.00 out of my credit card for 2 days parking. I have never stayed at a Hotel who charged me for parking after paying for rooms.Plus the extra blankets and sheets for the sofa bed was dirty. I had to request clean sheets and blankets.

We had a 9 day say in early August with our family. While the property and room were nice. A few maintenance concerns were not addressed during our stay, and I have not received a follow up since arriving back home. Breakfast is mediocre and no variety. 1 or 2 nights this is ok. We got to experience the same breakfast all 8 times. Some days some items were not stocked leaving even less options. Towels and Wash cloths were not always readily available. Had to wait until next morning on a couple occasions. The closet door in our room had screws missing from a hinge so it didn't close properly. The sliding door for bathroom with the shower had a problem with the track making it tougher to open and close. Also, there was some mould around the ceiling. The towel bar in the bathroom with toilet was barely hanging on. There is a power cord that runs under the desk that fell down towards the end our stay that I managed to put back up.\ myself. To top it off they charge $3 per night for parking. Understandable for a downtown hotel with limited parking but, this is just off the highway with no other option for transportation. A simple cash grab is all that is.

Checking was ok. We booked Mobility room and do not get one Rooms are very very outdated and beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast.. what breakfast ? Bunch of kids running around and taking whatever they felt like and no replenahing of food was happening at all and no cream or milk to be found. Didnt even want to try and stay to ask. Very dissatisfied with this property - not a chain of Hilton!
