Stayed here for three nights when a major storm took out the power to my house. The staff was exceptionally helpful in making us feel at home. When I needed to extend my stay by one night, the manager somehow got me a reservation even though the hotel was completely booked. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed especially. Great water pressure in the shower with plenty of clean towels and toiletries. The complementary breakfast was very nice with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, yogurt, and cold cereal. I highly recommend this property.

A couple negatives on arrival… the heat was on in the room (it was 95°+ outside that day) and the refrigerator had been turned off and water from the freezer thaw was draining onto the floor. Other than these two things, which I was able to correct myself, it was a good stay. The room was otherwise clean and spacious. The breakfast was ok. Overall a good value for the price.

Only stayed for a night so did not use the gym or the pool. Staff was friendly. Carpet in the hallways were stained and could have definitely used a cleaning. I I oiled go back. Pretty close to Hershey.

We had a very nice overnight stay. The staff were friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable, lots of nice pillows too.The only issue, the shower head head had a crack in it and some of the decore needed to be fixed up especially around the tv. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to a friend. It is convenient to many Hershey attractions.
