I recently spent 5 nights at the Hotel Hanna while my husband was in a local hospital. This was my second trip to this hotel in the past year and I was very pleased both times. The staff is incredible and were very helpful and caring. My room had everything I needed to be comfortable and I'd recommend them to anyone needing a room in Harrisburg.

The website indicated self-parking at the hotel. but upon check-in, they demanded $12 per night. The hotel employee was rather rude about it and offered no other options. (Such as nearby street parking.) Spotted empty alcoholic beverage containers littered on the hotel grounds.

The hotel was clean but pretty well beat up. Although it had an area for breakfast it did not offer anything. There was no hot water and you could hear other guests in the hallway and in other rooms.

The best thing I can say about this place is the bed was clean and comfortable. All the fixtures were rusty, the chair was ripped up and overall generally unclean. I would have left even without a refund if it hadn’t been so late already.
