I was there at 3:30 to check in. My room was NOT ready and I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes before I could get in the room. I had to be somewhere at 5:30 and was very stressed over the whole experience.

Hotel hallways and room has a musty smell once you put a/c on room smell was gone . Check in arrived around 8 pm , had to wait for reception person over 30 minutes ring bells and pressing call buttons no answer . . He was alone doing other things until I had to call the hotel phone number which he answered right away and arrived shortly after. Breakfast was minimal at best . No bacon or sausage or even muffins . Orange juice sour . Just half dollar size eggs and toast , Cheerios cereal , apple and coffee . Not impressed at all . Hotel over rated for 8.4 .

Tv didn’t work first night. Internet didn’t work 2nd night. Staff was rude. Stayed 3 nights, room was never cleaned, even after asking 2 days straight. Overall, would never stay there again.

Decent location however the property is very outdated. We could see water damage everywhere in our room and both the room and building just seemed very old and dirty. The room doors also seemed old and unsafe like someone could knock them in easily. We booked based on lowest price and we got what we paid for which met our needs at the time but unfortunately we will not rebook again especially as a young family.

This was an easy stay for my family after a late night Hershey concert. The hotel didn’t have any frills but was clean, staff was kind and the breakfast was fine. I’d definitely stay here again.

Cocoa Con weekend in Hershey

I have stayed at this property many times. Rooms are clean and well appointed. A nice breakfast with hot anc cold items is always great. Love the comfy stuffed chair with the hassock. Allows me to sit in a comfy chair to watch tv or read. This is my goto place for my trips to Hersheypark.

The check in/check out staff were nice. The room was good, bed was very comfortable. Easy to find places to get food-a grocery store and a number of restaurants within a mile or less distance. I left a note for the cleaning crew that there appeared to be ? black mold? on the shower head. Other than that, I had a good experience and restful night.

You get what you pay for; but I draw a line when I see poor cleanliness and the breakfast was a mess. People would make lines for the very small refill amounts and options were very scarce. Ended up heading to Dunkin.

Good location. Reasonable price. My room was clean. My curtains were ripped apart, looked nasty.I couldn’t get the tv turned on, that really didn’t bother me I don’t watch tv any way. It was very quiet. The windows were so dirty I could not see out of them. I’m a 68 year old female traveling alone to visit my son and daughter in law in Harrisburg. I think a night light in the room would’ve been helpful, if I left the bathroom light on I would have to hear the fan, the room lights were to bright, so I was stumbling a bit. I would stay again with no great expectations. Breakfast was pleasant a nice setup. I did not use the a/c.
