Supposed to be queen size beds, but they were full size and mattresses were just bad - I felt every spring in my back - it was old and saggy and noisy, shower was old, shower head was sinking into the wall - it was held by a rubber hose and bathtub disgusting. The breakfast was terrible, coffee undrinkable - it was burnt - just big disappointment! Oh and you will hear everything that is going on in hallway and other rooms.

You get for what you pay for. The hotel was nice and clean, wouldn't say the same thing about the room, while it was clean, it had a weird smell, and then the bed was very old. Anything else was fine, breakfast was awesome. Even though they're pet friendly they have you sign a pet policy that basically allows them to call animal control on your pet if someone complaints or if they wanted to. I been to other pet friendly hotels and I've never had to sign anything like this, I mean you're paying a pet fee for a reason so this policy they had me signing had me worry about my pet my whole stay. Also, they weren't able to give me a detailed receipt, they claimed that it was because I booked it through a third party, but I always book my hotels through a third party, and the hotels are always able to give me detailed receipts.

Receptionist was fine but when we entered the room I immediately saw that some spots of the wallpaper were STAPLED. Bathroom had mold in the shower and cobwebs on the ceiling. We found a few bedbug in both Queen beds. Needless to say, we did not stay but left within a few minutes. When I reported my findings to the front desk, there was no apologies or surprise! As soon as we got home which was a 3 hour drive leaving shortly after midnight, we left everything in the garage and hopefully, the hot washer killed anything we MIGHT have brought home. The outside appearance and lobby would never have suggested the condition of our room. We did not stay so hopefully, I will receive a refund.

I enjoyed my one night stay at La Quinta. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the rate was reasonable. The breakfast was just OK, not a wide variety of choices and the food was acceptable but nothing better.

Clean room, very friendly staff even when checking in at a late hour due to a travel delay. Pet friendly is a big plus when traveling with our Cat, which is rare but sometimes necessary! Great option for length family road trips.
