I had a 3 night stay, in those 3 days my room was cleaned once (not wiped down and vacuumed cleaned, they just emptied trash and took my old towels out. But when they restocked my towels they gave me 4 handtowels and 2 washcloths for 4 people, so wasnt even properly restocked). Overall hotel was clean, it wasnt spotless but i felt it was clean enough to stay for our trip. Breakfast wasnt anything special but they had a few items we could grab to go on our busy mornings.

Room 331, no heat, no body soap in shower, the shower should be called a mister, the spigot valve leaks sso most,water goes down the,drain. No towels in pool, large mold growth in drinking faucet in pool. Entire facility very dirty, halls need vacuumed. Was told that no credit could be issued because I booked via expedia.

Overall, our visit was quite good. It's a fine hotel, especially considering the fees. My one concern is the website's claim that the facility is handicap accessible. Whoever designed the accommodations has no real understanding of accessible. As an example, the bathroom contained the odd combination of a beautiful walk-in shower and a tiny toilet with no grab rails. Perhaps this is a request-only feature covering certain rooms, but the website doesn't make that claim. The breakfast was well attended; the staff was friendly and helpful. It's a fine place to stay for anyone without mobility issues.
