Super nice staff! Well appointed room. VERY clean. Convenient location for my purposes. Bed and pillows comfortable. This is my new "go to" hotel when I travel to Harrisburg area!!!

Paid for a double room but they gave me a regular sized room with no pullout couch and refused to make it right. Bathroom had a few hairs in the shower and in the sink and shower head needed cleaning Lobby area was clean and well decorated

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The only issue we ran into was the heating in our room was not able to be controlled properly. The air when we would put it on would stay for about 10 minutes and then shut off until I would reset it and turn on again. It wasn’t on auto so something was wrong with it. It was beyond sweltering in our room. Other than that it was clean and fine. Close to everything.
