Traveling with our two small dogs was easy. Access to the outside thru the side door was not the best. The key card did not always open the door. Very timely and cold! Room was clean and right down the hall from the checkin. Breakfast was maintained well with a good selection. Hot coffee and tea available during the day. This was our 2nd stay during vacations. Great location near our families,

The front desk was courteous, the breakfast was good, the rooms were spotless. Great value. My only concern was that they asked for a credit card "for incidentals" and put a $50 charge in it which is still there 2 days later! Why do they have a right to charge us money "in case" we have "incense tails" then have to wait 3-5 days for the charge to be reversed according to the desk. Hmmmm

The staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel is dated which is not what the pics showed but not the worst I’ve been in. The hotel room served its purpose so I got what I paid for. Again nothing wrong with the staff as they were very pleasant and helpful with information and helping with the hotel door keys because they kept not working for some reason. Would I stay here again? Maybe.

Breakfast was typical, but fewer options than this hotel usually offered. It was hard finding options that worked. The room was rundown. Our keyed entry didn’t work properly. We had to fight with the lock every time. The WiFi was poor. The room was clean and comfortable. That was most important. For years, this was my go-to hotel when I traveled north. I will be looking for another option.

Stayed with their “executive suite”, room was in very very poor condition most lights didn’t work, or missing the light bulb all together. No working hot water, not great in general but considering we stayed mid December even worse. Lots of wear and tear for the furniture and many other minor inconveniences. When we addressed we were told sorry for the inconveniences and we will be remodeling next month, considering the condition of everything that was the response I aspected to receive. If you can stay somewhere else.
