We had a lovely time here. Pub is so lovely and the hotel is comfortable and clean. All staff are attentive and so polite. Nothing is too much bother. The only thing I will say is the wi-fi signal in the hotel which is to the rear of the pub in a separate building is really bad. They maybe could do with a booster box to get better signal. Once in the pub it’s perfect. Also the phone signal isn’t great either, but that’s not the hotels fault. We had a lovely comfortable stay. Thanks guys. Also big thanks to the lady on reception Saturday evening who gave me a plaster for a blister that had popped on my toe. Thank you very much ! From Carla and Ken room 12 xx

i would have love to have given 5 stars and would have if it wasn't for the constant droning noise outside the window all night. mentioned it to a member of staff they seamed aware of it. food was reasonably priced so was the drink. room was lovley with big comfortable bed. the bath/shower was a bit strange. coffin shaped , wouldn't like to have had big feet. will ask for shower only next time as i think we will go back but in a different room. pub is very characterful. breakfast was good value as well.

The room was in a lovely condition and well decorated. However, the excessive heating made sleeping very difficult- a truly uncomfortable night….no AC or ability to properly open a window. Such a shame as ruined what would have been a lovely stay. No coffee machine at breakfast. Overall, food was ok but not worth the price-tag.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very close to our relatives who we were visiting. It was very convenient to be able to have breakfast at the property. Our only complaint which was a problem during our stay was that there was a problem with our shower and toilet. The maintenance man did tell us they were aware of the issues. Also we had an issue with the toilet seat even though they did attempt to fix it.

A very busy kitchen so some food seemed a little dry might have waited a little for serving and some a little cool. Staff did a good job. Service quick enough. Wi-Fi poor - need to go through logon process very frequently. Room servicing a little erratic. Room lighting was a joke.
