Spacious Eco Luxury Farmhouse, Private Pool, WIFI, Beach close
The Eco Luxury Farmhouse is the largest building to be renovated at the Eco Retreat of Finca De Arrieta.
Local materials have been used wherever possible in the restoration including the original stonewalls. The farmhouse has a light airy feel and boasts sea views to Arrieta Beach. It has been finished to a very high standard and can sleep 6 guests + cots / z-beds in its 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 Twin room.
The farmhouse comprises 250m2 of interior floor space and features a hardwood bespoke open plan kitchen with granite work surfaces. The large central island is an ideal workspace, offering views to the well-maintained gardens beyond. The kitchen has a large oven/grill, five-ring hob, fridge, freezer, toaster and plenty of cupboard space, making it ideal for discerning self-caterers who enjoy dining and entertaining in comfort.
The entrance door leads directly to the large lounge, which has a split-level hard wood floor and a day bed for total relaxation. The hallway leads through to the guest bedroom, which has a skylight, twin beds and wardrobe.
Continuing through the farmhouse you enter the kitchen, and step down into the dining area, here the bespoke wood table offers seating for 6 guests. Antique double doors lead to the master bedroom suite, which has fantastic mountain views. This room features antique furniture such as the super king-size 4 poster double bed, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks and separate WC.
The third bedroom has a marble floor, super king-size 4 poster double bed and views of the gardens. A further bathroom with access from the lounge also features a walk-in shower, bath, double sinks and WC.
Outside, the farmhouse set in mature gardens, offers a large ranch style covered terrace with marble floored dining area for 8 guests.
The front garden of the farmhouse leads to the private pool area, which includes a raised bamboo-dining hut with sea and mountain views. The private pool area has a covered chill out area, including double day bed and sofas with a removable child safety gate.
In addition to this, there is a further private shower room and WC. The pool area has a private terrace with sun loungers, BBQ and sea views. The pools fencing is open chain, as with any water children must be supervised at all times.
There is WiFi available at the shared pool & Chill out area.
