Renter, immediate family, and guests are required to obey the rules and regulations of Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club (speed limits, dress codes, personal conduct). The Renter bears responsibility for family’s and guests’ actions. Any resulting fines will be billed to the Renter.
All use of Birchwood Common Properties is based on the premise that participation is purely voluntary. Since participation in virtually all recreational activities involves the assumption of some personal or physical risk, participation by a renter or guest constitutes acknowledgment, assumption and acceptance of that risk.
