Located in the quiet, lush section of private Harbor Island, this bright and thoughtfully maintained 4-bedroom home offers a comfortable, easy place for up to 8 guests to gather and relax. Just a short complimentary golf cart ride to beach access, the pool, and fitness center, the home provides peaceful privacy while keeping everything within easy reach.

The open living area with vaulted ceilings is designed for time together — whether that’s watching a movie, playing games, or simply unwinding after a beach day. Natural light, comfortable seating, and a relaxed coastal style create a space that feels welcoming from the moment you walk in.

Two screened porches offer calm spots for morning coffee or evening conversations, complete with ceiling fans and marsh breezes. After time at the beach or pool, rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy dinner at home with the gas grill.

The kitchen is well-stocked with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and the essentials needed for easy meals. Dine together at the main table with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The primary suite features a king bed and private bath with a walk-in shower and soaking tub.
Two additional queen bedrooms offer comfortable, inviting spaces with ample storage.
The flex room includes twin trundle beds (sleeps 2) and a dedicated workspace with natural light.

Guests also enjoy access to Harbor Island’s pool, fitness center, and beach access points. A Hunting Island State Park pass is available for guest use.

Our goal is simple: for you to arrive, unpack, and immediately feel at home in a space that is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.

Guests will enjoy seamless self check-in with our convenient keypad entry. Your stay includes full access to the entire home, with the exception of two locked owner's closets inside and one locked owner's closet in the garage.

As our guest, you have full access to Harbor Island's fantastic resort-style amenities:
* Large shared outdoor pool, and kiddie pool (open seasonally, April 1 - Oct 31)
* Beach access from multiple access points (#1 is my favorite)
* Community gym with free weights, a stationary bike, and a workout bench
* Tennis, Pickleball, and basketball courts
* Bikes to explore the island
* Children's playground
* Community crabbing dock

Guests are welcome to use our beach gear under the front porch. We simply ask you rinse it off before storing. We include:
- Beach chairs
- 4 cruisers (bike helmets available for rent from the Turtle's Nest)
- Beach toys
- Body boards /skim boards

We offer a seamless self check-in process to give you privacy and flexibility. While we won't be on-site, we are always available via the booking platform or phone to answer any questions or assist with any needs that may arise during your stay. Our goal is to ensure you have a comfortable and memorable vacation.

Parking Passes: Gate passes for two vehicles are included. A pass for a third vehicle can be purchased for an additional fee set by the HOA. If you plan to bring a boat, let us know, as trailers also incur a fee and must meet HIOA regulations.
Golf Cart Waiver: A signed waiver is required for the use of the complimentary golf cart. This process is managed outside the booking platform and must be completed prior to your arrival to ensure access.
Security: For your security and ours, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras at the front door and overlooking the driveway. These are for exterior monitoring only and do not view any interior spaces.
Beach Gear: We provide beach chairs, toys, and bikes. We kindly ask that you rinse all sand from the gear before returning it to the storage area.
*Please note - PERSONAL golf carts are not allowed to be brought to Harbor Island per HIOA rules.
