客室は綺麗に整ってあり快適でした お風呂も気持ち良く帰る心配もないので気兼ねなく夕食とお酒で楽しめました ただ華の湯に入る時のカードを受付に預けてからのロッカーキーに変えてもらう詳しい説明がなくロッカーで空いている所を探し回っておかしい事に気が付き受付に確認して意味がわかったのですが主人はたまたま鍵がついているところをやっと見つけ使用をしたらしく私の説明で受付の理解をしていました 初めての人には場所の理解と華の湯の利用の仕方が大変だと思います
