Overnatning fra d 2/6-3/6. To værelser, 4 voksne og to børn under ti. Vi ankommer til hotellet lidt i 15- med forståelse om at de to værelser ikke er klar endnu. Vi bliver og venter, efter en køretur på 6 timer. Flere gange bliver vi holdt hen. Personalet har en nedladende attitude, og er på ingen måde meddelsomme. Da kl er lidt i 16, tager vi igen fat i dem. Vi tilbydes efter lange snakke, at få det ene af værelserne, da værelse nr to ikke er klar endnu. Vi vælger derfor at takke ja. Som kompensation tilbydes vi gratis parkering til vores biler. Vi afleverer en seddel med nr. Pladerne og forventer at der er styr på det. Da vi ankommer lidt i midnat igen, efter koncert i Hannover, kan den ansatte slet ikke finde vores reservation, og påstår i starten at vi kun har reserveret 1 værelse, og fremstår som de andre tidligere- ekstrem nedladende, og på ingen måde serviceminded. Langt om længe får vi et værelse. Da vi i morges skal rejse, er der ingen besked om, at vi har fået kompensation, og vi står derfor til at skulle betale for vores parkering. Heldigvis er der ny en mere kvik medarbejder, som ordner det meget hurtigt, og vi kan komme hjem. Værelserne var upåklagelige, men grundet ovenstående kommer vi aldrig igen, og vil heller ej anbefale til andre.

Leider war das Personal beim Check-In am Tag unserer Ankunft sehr unfreundlich. Wir sollten einen Betrag zahlen ohne das sie uns sagen konnte, ob dies nur die Parkgebühren sind oder auch die City Tax beinhaltet. Bei Anfrage einer Quittung wurden wir auf den Check out Tag vertröstet. Das Restaurant ist teilweise gar nicht besetzt. Bei Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt das Check-in von Gästen Vorrang hat. Andere Gäste bestellen daher teilweise von draußen oder verspeisten ihre Mitbringsel im Hotel Restaurant. Das Personal is teilweise schlecht informiert (unterschiedliche Informationen darüber wie lange im Parkhaus geparkt werden kann.) Zimmer sind schlecht ausgestattet (z.B. kein Telefon, Kühlschrank)
