I chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of the venue in which I was there to attend. I was pleasantly surprised by Victor who was very helpful. As for the room, I am used to a much bigger space, but I know German hotels are typically much more conservative, so it was what I expected. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot! It would have been nice to have an extra towel (people with long hair need 2 towels), but it was not a big deal. The breakfast was great! Hearty! I appreciated having such a quality breakfast to enjoy each morning. What a time saver!

Meine Tochter und ich sind sehr zufrieden. Alles war perfekt und unkomplizierte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Habe noch nie erlebt, dass das Personal nicht nur nach dem Aufenthalt selbst sondern auch danach gefragt hat wie unser Grund des Aufenthalts ( welches das Personal wusste ) war. Wir sind begeistert.
