What a fab hotel! My room was basic, but spacious and comfortable, lots of storage. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Situated in a great, old building, just a short walk to the U-Bahn station, five minutes to the centre of Hannover.

Die Mitarbeiter sollten sich mit Aussagen untereinander abstimmen. Einmal heißt es am Abend zuvor, das Zimmer kann 2 Stunden früher bezogen werden wenn etwas frei ist- der nächste Mitarbeiter sagt „Nur gegen Zahlung“ Die Dame an der Rezeption wirkte am 06.08. zur Mittagszeit ungepflegt und wenig herzlich. Auch ein „Nein“ kann man netter rüber bringen! Hier ist eine Nachschulung dringend angeraten.
