Some of the staff didn’t give a great impression, they where more interested in doing nothing than helping. The breakfast buffet I give 5 out of 10 points. Parking isn’t really good and the area feels somewhat unsafe.

Staff were so friendly, from the Sri Lankan girl at check in who recommended places I might like, to the lovely housekeeping staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, very comfortable and had a decent sized bathroom, while the hotel was in very central location. Quiet, but only a five minute walk from the Haupbahnof. I only had breakfast one day, and the range was small in keeping with the hotel, but the quality was great and it was delicious.
Historic map of Hannover outside my room, from Piccadilly of all places.
Left a cuddly toy on my bed when I was in a rush to get out. Came back to it looking like it owned the place!
