Enjoy a refreshed and comfortable home just 5 minutes from the mighty Mississippi River and beautiful downtown Hannibal, MO! Whether you're visiting for the Mark Twain Festival, Tom Sawyer Days, the Big River Steampunk Festival, or another local event, this home offers a convenient place to stay. Perfect for weekend getaways, month-long visits, or extended stays, it’s equipped to make you feel right at home for as long as you need!

I am available from 8am through around 9pm 7 days a week. I do my best to respond within minutes. Occasionally, it takes longer.

There is an apartment in the basement that is also available for short-term rentals. There is the potential for another guest to be in that unit. However, they are completely separated and neither unit has access to the other.
On the other hand, if you need more room or another bed, and the dates are open, we can work out a deal and you can reserve both units.

The house was well maintained and cute. It’s was supplied with anything we needed. The host was kind and quickly answered a couple of questions. We enjoyed downtown Hannibal and hiking on a trail.

the house was very nicely arranged and everything was great. I usually stay at a motel for the days my daughter and I are on our MOther's day outing but staying in a house was so much more comfortable and private. I was very nervous about the booking, as I have never done this better. It went so smooth that next year I plan on staying Vrbo again for the Mother's day outing.

Very nice house.. close to downtown.

It was a nice, clean little house. Five minutes from virtually everywhere we wanted to go. Other houses in the immediate neighborhood were a bit trashy but no one bothered us. I would stay there again.

Great friends getaway

The inside of the property was wonderful. Perfect for what we needed. Great dining room table for games. Two comfortable couches for chatting on. Beds a little too soft for my husband. OK for me. Nice and close to downtown. Only negative was the neighborhood was a little run down and there was broken glass on the sidewalk.
