The hotel had a convenient location and was easy to check into. Outside of that this is a low level hotel not worth more than $75 a night. The room was worn everything is very dated. A few items in particular, there was no toilet paper holder, so the toilet paper was just sitting on the counter next to the sink. The robe hook was hanging from the door. Wallpaper was peeling from the wall and corrected with clear tape, shower was hard to operate, and the Internet was spotty at best.

Amazing location, only thing is the pool makes it quite hot and muggy, and people don’t know how to tell children to start to quiet down when playing in the pool in the evenings

We have stayed here before and have been satisfied, but this time the room was not clean. The bathroom counter was not clean, and the carpet had not been adequately vacuumed. My wife went in the bathroom with white socks on and when she came out, they were not white, the floor was not clean.

Limited choices for breakfast especially for diabetics or those who have to limit carb intake. No fresh fruit. Check in staff was excellent! Very friendly and informative. Explained the boil water and gave us solutions. Checkout staff not as friendly, seemed distracted with her phone. Everything was clean, bed was ok comfort wise, room was quiet except for the train outside!

I appreciated the cleanliness and size of the room, the view of the river and the helpful staff. Breakfast was ok, i liked the biscuits and gravy. The sausage was too salty for me. The train whistle was a surprise. The curtains did not close sufficiently to keep out all the light. The TV channels/guide were confusing-a list of channels with their numbers would have been helpful. Thanks!
