Room was clean, the staff we spoken to were helpful and friendly, great gardens at the back of the hotel. The bathroom was good, especially its shower.

This property was perfect for our short vacation, everything was easily accessable and staff were very helpful. The food was great and very reasonably priced. Very happy to come back to this accommodation again.

The room was well heated. An extra chair in the room would have been wonderful. When I booked the room the photos on the website showed the room that I had booked had a shower stall. But we ended up with a bath tub with a shower attached to the wall.

The bed was super comfy. But I didnt like that my room was extremely far away from the door/carpark. The room felt hidden and hard to get to. The staff had most their cleaning storage down where my room was and every time I walked past they never greeted me or smiled. Felt unfriendly.

Really nice heritage building handy to the town centre. Rooms need a freshen up especially the bathrooms and TV was on the glitch, might be a Sky TV issue seems like the whole country is having drama at the momment with Sky TV We still enjoyed our stay and will likely stay again.
