Welcome to No. 9 Devon Street, a modern, comfortable, warm home which is ideally suited for your next relaxing break away or holiday in wonderful Hanmer Springs.

We have a minimum 2 night stay and our home is best suited to family groups (4 adults, 4 children) and offers you:

•3 bedrooms, sleeps 8 (2 x queen, 4 x single - bunks suitable for children only)
•2 bathrooms (2 x showers, 1 x bath)
•2 toilets
•Open plan living area
•LCD TV, Sky connection, DVD player and stereo
•Comfortable leather lounge suite
•Designer kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher
•Extensive range of kitchen utensils
•Log burner (wood supplied)
•Night store heater and panel heaters (in bedrooms)
•Separate laundry with dryer
•Portacot, high chair, electric blankets, blankets, duvets, pillows, bathmats, tea towels, cleaning products (sheets and towels are not supplied but can be hired, Queen $25, single $20, Towels $5)
•Wi-fi is provided along with BBQ and outdoor furniture

Please be aware the single garage is not currently available to guests.

Sit back, relax and enjoy panoramic views to the mountains from this quiet location. The town centre is just an 8-10 minute walk from our home and offers you the famous thermal pools and spa, and a variety of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.

Hanmer Springs is also a haven for activity and adventure, including mountain biking, forest walks, skiing, flying, jet boating, golf (a 3 minute walk from our home), quad biking and much, much more.

Guests are required to clean our home upon departure however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bed making and dishwashing). The cost of this service is $100.

Minimum 3 night stay on holiday weekends i.e. Canterbury Anniversary etc.

We have an age restriction of 20+ years on all members of group bookings, other than family groups.
Special conditions:
Minimum 3 night stay long weekends - Queens Birthday, Canterbury Anniversary, Waitangi, Easter.

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets)
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and an electric kettle, and housekeeping is provided on request.

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The house is spacious, warm, comfortable and very well equipped. It was perfect for our 3 generations, including 2 children, 2 and 5.
