Room was clean and well kept. However, the practice of switching off the aircon ( from 230am to 9am) was not acceptable at the time at end of April where the room temperature for sun-facing room to increase to 27 degree at 640 am causing profound discomfort. Had been awoken at such timing due to the heat. The hotel did nothing despite the feedback.
