Place great for families, indoor pool, game room, basketball court, near Jiminy Peak. Room: great space, kitchen and living room, room was also big. Unfortunately there was a smell inside the bedroom, the bed has coil mattress, very uncomfortable, and the walls are paper thin, you can hear the washing machine going, neighbor talking. We were there for only one night, got no sleep, so definitely don’t recommend if you plan on staying longer.

We didn’t get to check in until about 445pm even though check in is at 4, they told us to go do an activity and come back. Rooms were dirty and stuff all outside of rooms. Bugs, dirty towels. We didn’t even stay the night. And the hot tub and pools were so overcrowded. Disappointed.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking near our specific unit. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub area were clean and had plenty of towels to use. This was our first time here and we will definitely come back.

While sitting in my Jacuzzi tub my bubble started coming up with brown crap, sat up, looked around and a huge brown ring was around the entire tub, including behind me and on my back I was so disgusted. I almost fell getting out of the tub. The room was great, but bring your own cleaning supplies.

Great location, easy to find. Very spacious and comfortable, we didn't use the amenities but noticed a fun game room and a nice pool. Our room was perfect for our family and the complete kitchen was a real nice feature. We will be back.

We've stayed several times and the suites have always been immaculate and we always have everything we need. However, the check in was very very slow with a long line and a limited number of agents, in some cases 2 per guest, 1 on the telephone to leaving only 1 to take care of customers
