There were several broken fixtures in the room,the door of the freezer was broken. The bulb in the bathroom vanity was out. The doors of all the rooms needed to be cleaned. There were holes in the screens of the windows.

Beautiful Berkshire relaxation!

From the pleasant staff to the comfy cozy, clean atmosphere of the room, this resort is a definite “go to” experience while vacationing in the Berkshires. The resort attractions are a family fun filled adventures that are great to experience. Our favorite was the ski lift to the top of the mountain to enjoy the beautiful scenic view. This resort is clise to Mount Greylock and other attractions such as the Butterfly Conservatory. The only negative thing I can report is the lack of a door knob on one of the closets and the bathroom door knob handle was a little loose but other than that our unit was definitely worth the stay!

Did not use any amenities to speak of. But it was the perfect place to spend the night. No issues. Lovely bedrooms and living area. If we had more time I would have read my book on the peaceful deck. Well stocked with toiletries and extra blankets/pillows.
